I went in with a severe pinched sciatic nerve and needed some help due to not being able to walk. It is so bad that I can’t take 2 steps before the pain goes from my hip to my foot. However, I was brought in to the ER and placed on a bed in the hallway when there were empty beds in rooms. I was immediately taken to have an X-ray done then placed back in the hallway. I cannot say enough how wonderful Dr. Shah, Dr. Osborn and all the nurses and entire staff was to me this morning. I was in terrible pain and started crying from it and exhaustion and Dr. Shah literally wiped my tear and told me everything would be okay. She ordered tests and then the shift changed and Dr. Osborn took over. Wonderful care and I was in and out in no time (I arrived at 4:30 am!) I am so thankful they are right down the road if I ever need them.
Horrible experience. absolutely packed and the staff handled it so poorly i was just forgotten about in the waiting room even after scans showed my ribs were fractured they just ignored them til the supervisor had to personally go to the wait room to get me after complaining. Avoid this place like the plague i know i will.
Do not go here is you have an actual emergency. Even if you go by ambulance you will still have to wait in the waiting room no matter if you're rithing in pain and are clearly moaning from the pain but that ok and normal so let's just sit you here to wait for two hours. Oh also if you beg for water or just to be able to lay down they won't help you there either... This hospital is a joke
All the staff are amazing and caring people ❤️!!!
