Watched a woman have a seizure waiting to be seen in a room full of people complaining that it had been hours since they got there. Hospital staff were incompetent getting her into a wheelchair while she was actively seizing. The security guard who helped to put her in the wheelchair was joking after about throwing away his shoes because she was foaming at the mouth and it got in his shoes. From reading the reviews .. it looks to me that if you go to the ER, it is an absolute nightmare, but if you come here to see and scheduled doctor it an amazing time…. ER is very slow at getting patients processed and into seeing anyone…. Please do better….
I'm giving them a 1 star for a few different reasons. Overall the doctors and nurses are good people. But If you have cash in your wallet it will be stolen!.. I was in a car accident and when they took off my clothes somebody there went into my wallet and took what was all I had to get through the month. When I talked with the hospital they were not helpful at all. When I can get a ride I will be going to the police station to make a report. I went in with a severe pinched sciatic nerve and needed some help due to not being able to walk. It is so bad that I can’t take 2 steps before the pain goes from my hip to my foot. However, I was brought in to the ER and placed on a bed in the hallway when there were empty beds in rooms. I was immediately taken to have an X-ray done then placed back in the hallway. I cannot say enough how wonderful Dr. Shah, Dr. Osborn and all the nurses and entire staff was to me this morning. I was in terrible pain and started crying from it and exhaustion and Dr. Shah literally wiped my tear and told me everything would be okay. She ordered tests and then the shift changed and Dr. Osborn took over. Wonderful care and I was in and out in no time (I arrived at 4:30 am!) I am so thankful they are right down the road if I ever need them.
