Horrible experience. absolutely packed and the staff handled it so poorly i was just forgotten about in the waiting room even after scans showed my ribs were fractured they just ignored them til the supervisor had to personally go to the wait room to get me after complaining. Avoid this place like the plague i know i will.
Do not go here is you have an actual emergency. Even if you go by ambulance you will still have to wait in the waiting room no matter if you're rithing in pain and are clearly moaning from the pain but that ok and normal so let's just sit you here to wait for two hours. Oh also if you beg for water or just to be able to lay down they won't help you there either... This hospital is a joke

I went to the ER on 03/10/2026. I attempted to get them to take my medication list,and the Dr prescribed medication that would have killed me. Medical negligence at it's best.
Been waiting for 2 hrs in waiting room Haven't even had my BP checked Lower back pain and can barley walk. I know they are crowded but dang this is ridiculous. Pell city , st.vicents, to uab No dame wonder they cant keep fro. Being sold and resold. I'd been better off driving to va emergency room in bham. Dame my luck.
