I hate that they changed over to southwest wish still was St Vincent's having hard time to get in touch with someone
Horrible service very ghetto. Called to make an appointment was told to call back with an attitude. Been calling back for three hours and no answer.
This establishment is not professional. I’ve been a patient here for only a few months and have been continuously let down by the way my high risk pregnancy is dealt with. It’s always a hassle to get in touch with someone over the phone and 7/10 times, the receptionist is rude and puts you on hold and hangs up after 5 minutes on hold. There is no emergency line to get in touch with a nurse/midwife/doctor either.
