I'm very happy with the service provided by Dr Andrew from radiology, he is really nice.
I have been here many times and find all the staff amazing. Kind, considerate and very friendly. I always insist my doctors send me here all the time.
Awful reception team.
Australian Female Receptionist has a serious attitude problem. There is no need to be rude and talk down to patients who are asking reasonable billing questions. The criteria for what is bulk billed is pretty convoluted and It’s quite clear that they don’t even understand it themselves. There are plenty of other radiology clinics in the city that I can use offer a far better service.
