One of the Radiologists, Dr Long! I would not recommend this radiologist based on my experience. I’ve had two unrelated imaging studies reported by the same radiologist, and both reports were written in a way that was unnecessarily confusing and difficult to interpret. Rather than providing a clear, straightforward impression, the reports seemed overly vague and left more questions than answers. I do not recommend this radiology clinic. I had a SPECT CT scan done here and ensured the results were sent to my specialist. After waiting 3 weeks for my appointment, I was told the results had not been received. When I followed up, the receptionist pretsy ( unsure its a fake name given) was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. These scans are an important part of patient care, and delays or poor communication like this are extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I had a great experience at St V's today having an ultrasound and nuclear medicine studies. The staff were all lovely, especially Tanya in nuclear medicine. Great instructions emailed prior to my appointment too.
