I could not fault the compassion and medical care today for minor day surgery. From my plastic surgeon, anaetheatist, assistant,nurses and.admission staff at front desk. Thankyou.

This morning I attended the I-Med division. The most wonderful group of young women, with expertise, enthusiasm, smiles and laughter, and more happiness than one would see in a month around Werribee. Congratulations on your hospital and staffing.. It made my visit great.

Highly recommend st Vincent’s Werribee! The reception staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The wait in admission was fairly quick. I had a bit of a wait before going into surgery due to emergency surgery needed but they kept me updated and I was very comfortable and warm. It was the first time doing spinal anaesthetic and sedation which was a bit uncomfortable but to be expected as I didn’t know what to expect. I recently had a spinal steroid injection under sedation at St Vincent’s Hospital Werribee, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, polite, and incredibly helpful, making the whole admission process easy and reassuring. The nurses were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, caring, compassionate, and always took the time to check on me, answer my questions, and make sure I was comfortable. Rushed my 10 month old who was crying due to rashes only to find no one on the reception desk at around 9pm. Furthermore, found out there's no emergency section here at all. Why is this even a hospital?
