Everyone was wonderful here, from Bob the volunteer to Karen at check-in, the amazing surgeon Mr Dean Page, and the anaesthetist Dr Sierra, who eagerly answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. A special thank you as well to the lovely Heather, who helped us check out and made sure everything was completed. Our son and our whole family had a truly great experience with everyone involved.
Absolutely shocking. My brother was made to stand up whilst they put a catheter in his hand , without laying him down. He was there for a knee procedure but in the 6 hours he was there he was left on a chair whilst my parents were left waiting 6 hours , there is no caffetteria, there was no communication by staff what so ever. No TV to help pass the time. The doctor mentioned he had never worked under these conditions before where he had to use a chair to put my brothers leg on it instead of having him on bed. I recently had a shoulder operation at St Vincents Private Hospital in Werribee. The communication and attention to detail from all staff preoperatively was both friendly and informative. My experience with all staff during my hospital stay was outstanding,. It was a first class hospital experience by everyone involved in care delivery during my stay. I work in Healthcare unrelated to St Vincents as a Quality Manager and wish to compliment everyone who was part of my journey. Thank you.
Cost a fortune, But would NOT accept private health insurance. Would have cost a fortune to get treatment but could not afford it unfortunately. The doctors there did NOT care about me. Very very upset about this.
