I'm sending this review on behalf of my dad. He doesn't use the internet, however just wanted to say thanks for the care you gave him. I was always updated, a couple of days prior, day of, during and post the surgery. Thanks so much for all the work you do, special people and I appreciate it. Take care.
Called the premises regarding an upcoming appointment and the lady who answered it was very rude.
I had my gallbladder removed here and every single person in my treatment team was kind and brilliant. The recovery room was large and comfortable and the room service menu was great. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Grateful to have such a fantastic hospital with amazing staff here in the west!
Had a great overnight experience staying here after surgery. Nurses were friendly and caring, food was solid and the facilities were clean and new. Thanks!
