I recently had a spinal steroid injection under sedation at St Vincent’s Hospital Werribee, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. Rushed my 10 month old who was crying due to rashes only to find no one on the reception desk at around 9pm. Furthermore, found out there's no emergency section here at all. Why is this even a hospital?

I cannot praise this hospital enough. Easy to do all the paperwork online so you have an easy stress free admission. Every staff member, receptionist, volunteers, nurses, doctors and all others were amazing! Professional, polite, caring and kind. I felt well cared for and am so happy we have this hospital in Werribee. This is the third time I have been admitted here and each time my experience has been fantastic. **Appalling treatment during admission — St Vincent's Private** I am writing to express my deep anger and disappointment at the treatment my mother received during her admission for carpal tunnel surgery this morning. The admission nurse who attended to her was aggressive, rude, and visibly impatient from the moment we arrived.
