Friendly, professional staff. Reception was a bit rude but I think the nursing and medical staff definitely make up for it

5 days post knee replacement surgery and on discharge from hospital I was literally dumped in the reception area of the main entrance by my ward nurse. Left in a wheelchair with all my belongings and expected to make my own way to my ride home parked outside in the designated area. I was told by the nurse to have my 8.5 month pregnant daughter push me to the car and carry my belongings and when I refused to ask my daughter to assist me for obvious reasons, I was told to use my crutches and make my own way out.
