The Administration Officer at the ED was efficient, friendly, caring and even laughed at my joke. The Triage Nurse listened and prompted appropiately to obtain and validate my history without any hint of judgement. I was 'Fast-Tracked to an Attending Doctor who confirmed details, reassured me and informed me of intended procedure and possible escalation options. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and with a 'minimum of ick'. 5 Stars to the whole crew! (No, you don't want to see photos - LOL)

After three nights of no sleep and terrible back pain, St. Vincent's ER was professional, caring, clean, and made sure I knew what to do after I left. If I had any further issues, I could return (up to seven days, I believe) and be bulk billed. Very happy with their service.

Touch wood. I've not had to come to emergency in recent years. But my family and I were for a short while regulars. We always found the team helpful, friendly, caring and the wait short. Most appreciated. Thank you

I have recently attended St vincents emergency with both daughters and received amazing care, compassion and respect. I am impressed by the level of medical and nursing care. My youngest was very unwell when she came in and was managed promptly and urgently. Thank you so much.
