my sister appointment was at 945 . we checked in online the night before . arrived at 930 and were checked in. staff was personable we were called back promptly. the NA was very friendly and spoke to my sister, ask her appropriate questions. did vitals etc we had to wait approximately 45 minutes before the physician came in once he came in he was wonderful as always if the physician is running that far behind staff needs to pop in and check on patient, apologize for the wait
