Horrible customer care
Zero customer care. Wife was so ill she could not sit up. We asked the receptionist and she didn't care so she went to lay in the car until her name was called while I waited in the lobby. They called her name and I told her that I had to get my wife out of the car. The 60 seconds it took us to get back inside the gave the room away and made us continue waiting. Talk about unprofessional and lack of care for an emergency room!!
Worst hospital ever! My 90 year old mother is there and has been treated like shit. No organization at all! Mostly rude nurse's!! No since of carrying about a elderly patients!! STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!
