I visited this clinic early last year and found the service to be friendly and professional.
This is a walk-in, bulk bill pathology clinic with friendly nursing staff. Enter and there are four chairs in a small waiting room with tickets on the counter to the right. Off the room on the left is a small collection room and a toilet. If you have a digital referral, ensure you have printed it or emailed it through ahead of your visit. As there is only one nurse, it is best to come in the morning to avoid a wait. Note they are closed for lunch from 12.30pm - 1pm Monday- Friday.
No reception, no idea what to do. I just sat down and hoped I was in the right place. No information anywhere. They really can't afford to have a desk and someone guiding you on where to go etc?
Needs more staff desperately!! There was only one staff member working, taking blood this morning. I waited 55 minutes for my blood test.
