Waiting times at the pathology is far too long, more than an hour to get through 4 numbers.
Just had my blood taken and the lovely nurse on duty was so gentle and very kind. Fantastic they are open on a Saturday, a small wait but I’ve never been to any pathology that you didn’t have to wait for. Easy to navigate, receptionist showed me where the numbers were and to press the buzzer so the nurse knew I was waiting. Overall really good experience
I have been waiting for more than an hour to do a blood test. I am number 8 in line. When I asked the receptionist approximately how long it would take for my turn, they said it started from 1 and they had no idea how long it could take. Very disappointing experience! Won’t be back!
