I loved my experience at this emergency room. I came in with heart attack symptoms, they took care of me immediately. The doctor was amazing and very nice, so we’re the nurses. We made friends with the hospital staff. Over all very great place and very nice and caring doctors, nurses, and other staff.
Been here for 14 hours in the lobby in a lot of pain blood coming from my mouth and they let ppl that look ok skip ahead like you guys need to get you things together or quit ur jobs or close the hospital at dis point I want all my money back that I am paying I am calling my insurance and telling them that not to pay cuz I was never taking care of your guys got some work to do before opening a hospital

I took my 2-year-and-10-month-old son to the ER at Hartford HealthCare due to breathing difficulties and fever. I clearly explained all his symptoms and the treatments given at home, including the exact time and dose of Tylenol. He tested positive for RSV. After that, I was told he was being sent home because “RSV has no treatment,” and that I should just keep him hydrated and give Tylenol for fever.
