You’ll wait forever and a day
Got here around 6:00pm , first time ! My son has horrible abdominal pain on his right side. It’s 8:30pm, still on the reception area waiting to be called. This is so disrespectful with this community that has no many options and only this 2 ER hospitals to serve this whole area . People here work slow as I neve seen! So Many people sick, in pain complaining , some are here for more than 4-5 hours , and was not even called inside yet ! It’s ashamed!
They tell you that the wait time that shows online is accurate but it is NOT! The wait time is extremely long & and when you have told them your pain is a 10, they document that your pain is a 4. Do not recommend, go to bpt hospital instead.
Most of the staff specially the MAs do sure like to waste time talking and eating during work while patients are outside waiting for hours to be seen.
Empty!!! Very rare occurrence. Nurses are the Best.
