They tell you that the wait time that shows online is accurate but it is NOT! The wait time is extremely long & and when you have told them your pain is a 10, they document that your pain is a 4. Do not recommend, go to bpt hospital instead.
Most of the staff specially the MAs do sure like to waste time talking and eating during work while patients are outside waiting for hours to be seen.
Empty!!! Very rare occurrence. Nurses are the Best.
I loved my experience at this emergency room. I came in with heart attack symptoms, they took care of me immediately. The doctor was amazing and very nice, so we’re the nurses. We made friends with the hospital staff. Over all very great place and very nice and caring doctors, nurses, and other staff.
Been here for 14 hours in the lobby in a lot of pain blood coming from my mouth and they let ppl that look ok skip ahead like you guys need to get you things together or quit ur jobs or close the hospital at dis point I want all my money back that I am paying I am calling my insurance and telling them that not to pay cuz I was never taking care of your guys got some work to do before opening a hospital
