The team at reception in the St Vincent's MRI department should be commended for their customer service and interactions. Kristina the nurse was friendly, helping my elderly mother go through the process promptly and was friendly and engaging. The staff at reception were attentive and handled any enquiry with a smile. Having been through a large number of hospital visits over the last few years. Today's experience was a great one and I wanted to acknowledge how great the staff is.

I called to ask if my referral for an MRI would be accepted. She said no they don't accept GP referrals. I asked if seeing 2 other specialists with SVH helped and she said no. Every blunt. Before I could ask where else I can call she just hung up on me. I have to travel a long way by ptv and getting around is stressful and physically exhausting.
