The team at the Emergency Department were outstanding, and my thanks goes out to all of the team from the front line staff; orderlies, and Doctors who were kind enough to look after me there today. Such poor service for a private hospital emergency ward. I was completely and was throwing up, wait 3 hours but they saw everyone else but us.
Best staff ever, I will finish this review when I can focus and am not in a bad mental episode Dont worry this review will bring the 3 star rating to 5 give me a couple days
Went there with some symptoms, when I listed them for the triage nurse she literally rolled her eyes and made a cynical remark. I was already scared and alone, and her attitude made me feel more scared. I understand these staff get abused and burn out is real, but I was being very polite and respectful, and did not deserve to be treated this way.
