My mother in her late 60's was made to wait 7 - 8 hours before she was able to be seen by a doctor on a Monday night. She felt that the nurse conducting triage was indifferent to her issues where she was passing blood through her stools and purposefully let other cases through to be seen before hers. I can understand that there are of course more urgent cases to be seen and that there is low amount of staff during midnight. I went in, begged for help because I'm going to end up killing myself. They gave me valium and kicked me out without actually doing anything. Waste of time, I've been abandoned by the last resort, there's no where else to go and I don't care anymore.

When I arrived, an older woman with white hair at the front desk asked me, “What do you need?” in a rude and aggressive tone.
