Nurses and doctors are lovely but the actual reception, admission team, and communications between reception and clients is absolutely disgusting. Emergency nurses are disgustingly rude and are young uneducated kids. They send our wrong reminders for wrong dates they cancel appointments and then put you as a no show Was one of the biggest messiest experience. From admission through to surgery ward the admission team has still not put my allergies on my paperwork. They were bringing me gluten when I’m celiac. Just pathetic
The best and most caring space which i hope no one ever needs but thankfully they truly care for each human who comes through the door. Felicia you are so great. Thanks to all nurses and admin for making this space run smoothly for all who need help.
Great service. Despite 4-5 hour wait time for after hours. I understand that everyone working tirelessly. I saw a few patients walked out without a treatment. I was here for mild concussion with a cut on my face. I was happy to wait. It was worth to wait. Doctor, nurses and clerk was very kind and helpful
I was admitted for severe stomach pain which was thought to be gollstones and although the wait time for an ultrasound was quite a while as expected I had a pleasant experience! All the staff and nurses were super lovely completing all bloods/ecg/vitals etc and in particular Dr Rachael Goh for competent and considerate care and taking the time to explain possible diagnosis and after care - Ty ❣️💯
Waited for a couple of hours. But it was 2am but "god" did I feel some pain when I got to see a doctor would of been happy to wait a bit longer.
