I would like to thank all the Nursing staff for their dedication towards me during my stay at St Vincent’s Lismore, they were absolutely wonderful. I cannot forget the wonderful expertise of the rehab staff who worked so hard on me and others, after my knee replacement. Their efforts made it much easier for me to return home and continue my rehabilitation at home. Because of their expertise and dedication I have improved so much so I will never forget and always paise them. Fondest Regards Stuart Smith

Does not care about your healthcare rights and will most likely gaslight and blame you if you make a complaint while charging the earth for their inadequate services.

Never again. Overpriced and poor service. My specialist said he and other specialists have had to have a meeting with this hospital to determine if they’ll continue to send patients to this hospital or not. Says alot really. Wow, it looks like the hospital is trying to dismiss my legitimate review by making out that I’m lying about the conversation I’ve had with my specialist. This says so much about the level of respect they have for their patients.

Very bad experience. Am self funded, was quoted $3100 for a 6hr stay, very next day upon arrival the price jumped to $3310. Had to overhear nursing staff speak poorly in general about men. Was given a broken bed as mention by 3 of the staff who said the bed was to be replaced as soon as I’m out of it, 1 of them also stating they were leaving due to poor treatment by management.
