I went into the store today to ask about equipment needed for my mom, the girls we very friendly and helpful. I would like to say how well they handle a very rude gentleman about a CPAP machine, they were nice to him even with him been so very ugly to the girls.
I have tried 3 times to use this supplier For cpap equipment. My physician sent the order to them and because they thought 8.1.25, united healthcare would not be in network.They turned me away in mid July. I've had numerous conversations with their corporate office, the last one being after 8.1.25, after united healthcare signed with uab. Can't get anyone to return my call, i guess they have all the business they want or need. I will go to Trussville for service now. Just a shame to live so close, but be refused service!!
