I have tried 3 times to use this supplier For cpap equipment. My physician sent the order to them and because they thought 8.1.25, united healthcare would not be in network.They turned me away in mid July. I've had numerous conversations with their corporate office, the last one being after 8.1.25, after united healthcare signed with uab. Can't get anyone to return my call, i guess they have all the business they want or need. I will go to Trussville for service now. Just a shame to live so close, but be refused service!! This review is not about service received from the staff, but rather about a job opportunity, from office manager, Kim. I was called and offered a job interview to which I had applied. Kim called, identifying herself as the office manager on a Friday, setting an interview up for the following Monday. I was recently traveling in Alabama and lost my mask. Stopped here and Abby was so helpful in getting me what I needed!!!
