Terrible service given the importance of this clinic and how anxious most women are who are utilising the service! They were sent my referral, called me about it and advised the booking team would call me. When I heard nothing a week later I called through to be told apparently they had never received the referral and no one knows who called me. Email and phone records show that they are at fault and this is just not good enough!

Set aside 2-3 hours for the entirety of what you need done. The main receptionist is something else! Rude! The rest of the ladies were lovely until my last visit with dr who told me they couldn’t find the two lumps under my armpit. To leave them alone - I might be aggravating them. Supposedly you can aggregate adipose fat?! I’m 46, found this condescending and not something you should tell anyone with a history of breast cancer in their family. Thankful I’m ok but I’ll take my time and money elsewhere.
