They are amazing, very professional, very kind and helpful.
Slow as phuuuuuuuuck...geesh
The Pharmacist is rude, callous and is the worst that I've ever encountered. He's doesn't care about the patients prescription needs and refuses to call the doctor when asked. It is also my understanding from doctors there that he doesn't pickup the phone to discuss medications in emergency situations. Apparently this guy is unfamiliar with the laws and duties of a Pharmacist in the state of Ohio. I believe that he needs a reminder from the legal system.
The person who sit down front of the computer is veryyyyyyyyy rude. I didn t get his name.but he is around 55 years old.
