If I could give Zero stars I absolutely would. These doctors, nurses, & even office workers are flat terrible. Failure to do what they say they will. Good luck getting a referral for a specialist, it takes these incompetent people over a month to even run your insurance correctly. Do you have high risk of something or family history of something? I received a new foster son in my care and his Medicaid insurance assigned him to this office. I called and scheduled a new patient appointment before I knew the child's visitation schedule with the parents. Once I found out that he would be at visitation during the scheduled time and day they gave me, I called and rescheduled the appointment to a nonvisit time and day.
