The therapists are indeed caring and friendly. They are not , however, able to care for you , one on one. After numerous sessions of one therapist having to care for 2 or 3 clients, I realized that this was not for me. My pain went from bad to crippling. Was better before I walked in until I walked out in crippling pain. Fortunately, I connected with a local Chiropractor that I have used previously. Waaaay better after 2 sessions.
