The Drs and staff are good, however the new call center they added is an absolute nightmare!! By far the stupidest thing they have ever done. I have been chasing my prescriptions around for 3 weeks and i keep being routed to some call center in India who can not help me! I will be looking for a new doctors office. I need permission to speak to my dr now... absurd..

Had my physical today and the NP made the feel rushed. First of all I had an appt with the np a month ago and they gave me a choice of doing the physical or go over meds and come back for a physical. I went over meds and booked an exam a month out. At this 2nd appt the np did a Quick Look over of my abdomen and checked reflexes that they barely could find. the receptionists on the phone are so so rude, they talk to you like your a child getting babysat. almost raised her voice at me because i was asking questions about a change in my appointment, very irritable personality, just so disrespectful and rude. do better.

This place is a complete mess. I can't get any kind of care without a litany of issues particularly administrative - my name being spelt incorrectly, using wrong insurance information, incorrect billing codes, etc. The result is I spend countless hours calling my insurance, the clinic, the billing departments, etc to fix all these errors. Whenever I call the clinic with an issue, I'm told to call a billing department, then I call the billing department who tells me I'm supposed to call the clinic.
