Dr. Butts is friendly and is very good at explaining the why of actions taken. She has been very accommodating when l needed to get our grandson in for appointments quickly. She listens to concerns and partners with us. I am glad we stayed with this practice after our pediatrician retired two years ago.
I’ve been coming to this practice for over 20 years—first as a patient myself, and now as a parent with my two sons. Even though I travel over 45 minutes, it’s absolutely worth it for the level of care we receive. Dr. Ferguson and Dr. Freeman have always gone above and beyond, showing genuine attention and compassion—especially with my oldest son, who has ASD. Their patience, professionalism, and dedication have made all the difference in our healthcare experience. I truly wouldn’t take my children anywhere else.
