They gave my insurance company a different phone number than is listed on their website, and haven't provided them with an up-to-date list of providers. Their website is at least 3 years out of date and directed me to a clinic that is long closed. Both phone numbers are just unending phone trees where no one picks up. I'm on day three with a broken bone and still have no idea where/if I'll be able to receive care.
Bad service…. Unable to reach them ever. On hold more than 40 min, still didn’t make it . Kept calling everyday , same thing. On hold all the time . Phone answering service doesn’t work at all.
