I give them a whole five stars. My only feedback would be I had an ear infection,was prescribed antibiotics. My pharmacy would not fill because I could not take that particular antibiotic because of my tendon surgeries. Going into Labor Day weekend, I have no antibiotics because they refuse to change it because the doctor that treated me was not there, I feel like they left me hanging in that department! I had a very frustrating experience with Ainyea at the Walk-In/Immediate Care front desk. I brought my 16-year-old sister in for urgent care, and I was initially told that I could not assist with her care because she was a minor and needed a parent present. However, I am correctly listed in their system as her legal guardian. This caused unnecessary confusion and stress before she could be seen. Later, we were given the wrong doctor’s note. The NP, Alex, was great at her job and talked through everything that needed to be done. The only reason not 5 stars was there was no one there when we went and we still waited a long time
