Took very good care of me
Welcoming to me. Everyone was genuinely happy to be taking care of me. No problems except my IV never worked at all.
The lady that took off her cast cut/burned her leg twice because she was in a rush. Milani never cries so we knew something was wrong. After she was done she said “that’s the fastest I’ve taking off a cast”. It will be a shame if they don’t heal properly and we have to stop casting for her bilateral clubfoot because of her negligence.
Night shift nurse practiced beyond her scope of practice and interpreted results of my Uncles Cat scan. She misdiagnosed my uncle with a diagnosis of Vascular Dementia. She gave a prognosis of 6 months- 1 year. Dr confirmed that information was inaccurate. This has caused my entire family extreme emotional distress! This is unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable! Ascension St. Vincent you should be ashamed!
