Went to ER with intense abdominal pain, I was told to take a seat and wait my turn. I was in too much pain to sit and I could handle the pain easier by pacing the floors or kneeling in a chair, she had a city policeman on staff there come talk to me about being disruptive. She had no idea what customer care was just sitting there talking to other staff about herself and doing the bare minimum that her job required to get by. Nurses, doctors and techs were on the ball and professional
