This place has severely gone downhill with greed. Everything is overpriced. This place use to be one of the best thrift stores to go to. But now it's just another greedwill. The new owner needs to be looked into for fraud
This is suppose to be a Christian based store but yet their employees try to pull my disabled son off a toy which is very unprofessional. All because he was riding on it . Where in your store does it say you can’t ride on toys? Something needs done about this.
This place is of course dependent on donations so sometimes you get really good stuff and sometimes you are searching but I always leave with something. This place actually sells what they take in and does not ship them to another state. They also help the community. People going through a difficult time can get vouchers for free clothing or supplies. The big companies do not work this. For example g**dwill says they help the community but they don't. This St.V de Paul store is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The products they display are in excellent condition. However, they are pricing themselves out of their market field. When people see that they can pay the same price for brand new clothing items instead of previously worn ones they'll stop going. I used to go in more often than I do now. Remember, SVDeP, that you are a thrift shoppe. Someone from the organization should go to the clothing stores around Jasper and price compare. I still love this store! And... read more
