I was sent here, given a gift card and told to walk here right away from the St.Vincent shelter while on the street fleeing DV in the rain without a coat. When I got there they wouldn't let me in because I had one small backpack. I was very calm and polite and tried to tell them where I was sent from and that it was an emergency but the security guard interrupted everything I said over and over until I started crying and left the store, he didn't let me get a single sentence out.
It was good service. They were very helpful and a large store clean clothes.
Honestly great store with wonderful managers. all employees seem to enjoy their workplace and job, only negative is security mad dogs everyone that walks in and their uniforms are so desperately trying to look like the popo. when I walked in the security guard up front was playing with his handcuffs, Kinda felt like an unsafe enviorment.
Out of all the St. Vinnie's stores in the Eugene area this one has the best selection imo. Amazing for books
I was trying clothes on and an associate took all the clothes I was trying on away. When I went to exchange the 4 articles of clothing I already tried on for 4 other articles of clothing, they were gone. Very irritating.
