I recently had an appointment to get my new eye glasses and not only did they take me out of their system but cancelled my appointment altogether which was annoying to say the least. And since they told me I couldn't wait as a walk-in I had to reschedule it for next week. I understand that certain things happen but I get really tired of organizations passing the buck. I was donating but the staff and their mission as a whole is awesome. I gave 4 stars because while I think the mission is awesome I always feel idk just some type of way seeing charitable foundations in such big nice buildings. I get it its just a personal thing I guess
