If you want to rent there. Ask for the HOA package first. That comes with the lease. They always have you sign the lease. It's easy. Simple contract. Then comes the HOA contract once you have made the deposit. The rules and fees are ridiculous. It's not like you are renting in golden beach. You can only have one moving date. This restaurant has everything going for it. The food is delicious, home made, fresh, and authentic. The owners are incredibly attentive and generous. We felt like we had known them for years and were part of their family. I can't wait to come back and surf the croissant menu further!
