It’s ok but the service is not the best but the location was good and the beach is a 2 min walk
HOA is non existing, only visible when collecting and increasing fees and when playing police (they ate funny at it too). Highly inexperienced, and unresponsive. Definitively do not match the property “luxury” perception. Buy somewhere else.
