HOA is non existing, only visible when collecting and increasing fees and when playing police (they ate funny at it too). Highly inexperienced, and unresponsive. Definitively do not match the property “luxury” perception. Buy somewhere else.

If you want to rent there. Ask for the HOA package first. That comes with the lease. They always have you sign the lease. It's easy. Simple contract. Then comes the HOA contract once you have made the deposit. The rules and fees are ridiculous. It's not like you are renting in golden beach. You can only have one moving date.
