My mother who is 93 years old, very fragile, cannot walk, and lives in Merlin's Bridge, was asked to attend an appointment in Broad Haven. I travelled down from Cardiff to take her. Upon entering the doctor's off I've, he asked, " what can 8 do for you". When she replied "I was asked to attend an appointment". He looked at the notes and said, "oh it must be to get your results, they're all fine!". Why they dragged a 93 year old all the way to Board Haven for nothing must be down to a complete lack of organisation..
