Great service and a lovely chat!
The first time I went a year ago to dry clean my merino clothes the service was fine. A month ago I gave them a brown merino jumper with a stain, they gave it back with the same stain. The insisted multiple times "if the stain is there it's because it can't be removed". When I got home I realised the armpit area still smelled like sweat. I put the merino jumper on the washing machine with a soft program and the stain went away. It basically hadn't been washed. I'm not coming back.

I would like to thank both Antoinette and George for their fabulous service. Not only are the finished washed garments as good as my home wash , the turn around is very quick and to top it off the cost very reasonable for the high quality of service that they provide. They have freed up a significant portion of my limited spare time. Thank you
