I have used this facility since it was built and was a client at the one on Wonderland prior to this. Always safe, always accommodating and really good people.
Well, I just started here at access storage. And I have to say that it been a very warm & positive start. The person who made such a warm informative welcoming was the very kind & caring lady I had the pleasure of talking to over the phone. I sadly can't remember her name. It could have been Hailey. Clean and easy to get in and out. I rented for almost a year because I had to leave the country for work, at the middle of the rent had an issue with my credit card and autopay stopped so I ended up not paying for 3 days, they where really understanding and offered me a solution. They are also very fair and accesible with your moving out day as long you talk with them in advance.
Recently rented temperature controlled storage for almost 3 months. Very clean, 24/7 monitored, Lisa has been very friendly and understanding. Even U-haul booking etc was very prompt. Prices are competitive.
