We recommend the sales rep Mohammed. He was super knowledgeable, patient and helpful when we were deciding on a Nissan. He was accommodating with our schedules and answered all questions!
I am very disappointed with the service at Nissan St. Thomas. I brought in my brand new 2023 Nissan because the rear seat belt was stuck, and I was told by Tony that it would not be covered under warranty. Instead, they wanted to charge me $145 per hour until it was fixed. For a brand new vehicle, this is completely unacceptable and not the kind of customer service or support you would expect from Nissan. I left feeling frustrated and let down.
