The nurse was very nice and helpful. She really knew what she was doing. I didn’t see a dr. just a nurse.
Today, my 35-week pregnant wife went in for a Tdap vaccine. She confirmed with the nurse before getting the Tdap vaccine that she was getting the Tdap vaccine. Within 2 hours of arriving home, St.Thomas More OBGYN called us to tell us that she was given the HPV vaccine instead (WHICH IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PREGNANT WOMEN). All they could say was it was a mistake and we should be alright. I do not recommend dr heavrin. I will be going 45 mins away to a dr I feel comfortable with. He is fake and just wants to tell you what you want to hear.
My doctor is amazing and kind however I continue to have issues with the people I have to talk to on the phone. To the point I will no longer go here for medical needs. Every time I need to call about medications they never answer or they are so lost I don’t have any clue what’s going on for multiple days. I have been out of life saving medication for days now because of their negligence and poor organizational system.
Very warm and friendly staff at this obgyn clinic. Kendra is the most professional nurse she is amazing and very efficient in her work. She is the my favorite nurse at this obgyn office. Dr. Wu is amazing he did great in guiding me thru my pregnancy and is always on top of what his clients needs are. I will continue to keep coming back here they are the best of the nest there.
