The billing department is atrocious. My wife and I have been trying to resolve a billing issue where Saint Thomas owes us a credit after insurance payments but every time we call, they claim that their systems are down and they have no access to our files. We have been promised call backs from management, but have heard nothing in over a month. It makes us feel like we are being cheated.
