Hi I want to share may experience when I went to ford st Thomas. Theirs have a stuff Nancy mceown name she is good communication about what my car problems she easy to fixed at all my car is pretty good drive and she give lots off advice for me. I give a big star for her.

Mark Hiepleh made the entire process seamless-he’s incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, and truly goes above and beyond to help. Kyle in finance was also fantastic to deal with and made everything smooth on that end. If you’re looking for a team that knows their stuff and genuinely cares, Mark is your go-to guy. I had the pleasure of working with Reese on my latest Ford lease. He was a rockstar, took time out of his personal schedule to help, was very punctual in his response time and answered every question I had.
