Update Mar 31 2026: I have tried to use their service dept to service my 2 Ford vehicles and they are probably the toughest dealer to use. Booking a service involves no less than 10-15 calls just to get somebody to pick up the phone! I am calling you to give you my business, no i dont want to leave a voicemail for somebody to call me back when its convenient for them. Arranging a pickup is just as frustrating. Even with a job and paying off credit cards on time for multiple years no place would help me get a new vehicle, going from one dealership to another to another. I came to ford and met the most amazing two people Matthew and Kurtis.
