Went in for blood test. Would not honor Medicare. Kept telling me I had Medicare Advantage and it was not good. I know what insurance I have! But the receptionist kept insisting I was wrong. I will be filing a complaint with Medicare since they are required to honor my policy. Incredibly stupid and uneducated. Avoid.
Cleanest and most professional lab on the island I have found. Had to come here for labs for my health card. Staff was super friendly, their office is centrally located, and I got my results 24 hours later. If parking in their lot, there is an entrance to the far left of the building that is easiest to get to but you can also walk through the main area entrance and follow the signs around to another entrance. No appointment needed. Just sign in at the front desk. I waited less than 5 minutes.
Always a pleasant experience. The results are extremely fast & sent to my email through a secure portal. Lab techs are experienced & pleasant.
