4X didn't show up, wasting my time. I don't think it's an actual carpet shop, just another money laundry place.
Bought an expensive Invictus Carpet 2 years ago and it went flat in 6 months and changed colour in 9 months. Turns out that St Thomas Carpet’s fitted the carpet pile in the wrong direction to save money and their carpet roll albeit without consulting me of the consequences of faster wear and colour differences let alone pass on any cost savings as there was no discount on our order.
