1. I have been waiting since April to get a call back to have a doctor recommended procedure scheduled. I left messages both on vm and to the receptionists and I've never received a call back. 2. The business dept is completely incompetent and unprofessional. She needs to be re-trained on what customer service really is and brought to work in the office where she can be supervised, having her work from home is a horrible idea for a doctor's office. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – I DO NOT RECOMMEND I want to start by addressing the parking situation. There were far more patients than available parking, and people were having to come back inside to ask strangers to move their cars because they were blocked in. It was chaotic and unorganized before I even got through the door. I arrived on time for my appointment, but still waited over an hour past my scheduled time to be called back. The office was very warm in greeting me. This was the first time at the office. My nurse April was amazing. Lacretia was EVERYTHING she answered all of my questions and my concerns! I’ve found my new Gynecologist home. Thank you all for being so kind
