Its a great building. But they do not enforce the hud non smoking on premises rule. Now, i cannot afford to move. The smoke now coming from my neighbors pot smoking son makes me sick. He lights up about every 15 minutes, 24/7 all day, all night. They know, theyve smelled it. Today it smells like a shunk wearing paint thinner. i get light headed. Told them. My health is suffering.
