They overbilled my insurance company for a service that they didn't perform and held me responsible for paying. The insurance company called me to say not to use this company anymore. In the agreement I signed at the beginning stated if insurance don't pay I was responsible. So they can bill anything they want and patient is responsible.
Dr. Malak Azab and his staff are very friendly and professional they get everything done to perfection and you are seen right away very few times do you wait at first I was very uncomfortable thinking of going to a physical therapist but I felt amazingly comfortable and cared for by Dr. Malak he does a great job and his very talented hands and knowledge of helping the pain areas go beyond thorough he is a one-on-one very friendly doctor who gives everyone the care and comfort that they deserve if there were 10 Stars he will ... read more
