I want to start by saying that I absolutely love Dr. Givens and have always had positive experiences at this clinic. She is thorough, compassionate, and truly listens to her patients. Unfortunately, she was unavailable today and I was seen by Reed instead. My experience was very disappointing. I felt that Reed entered the room with a preconceived diagnosis and did not take the time to fully listen to my concerns before forming conclusions. Absolutely adore our doctor, Dr. Givens, but the staff for checking in and checking out at the St. Ann clinic are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and don’t seem to want to check in or out patients for the clinic. Hopefully they just keep having off days and aren’t this rude and dismissive constantly.
I'm writing this review right after my appointment for bloodwork. I have an extreme fear of needles and the women here were so kind, caring, and sweet with me about the whole ordeal. The woman doing the needle was very fast and efficient and made the whole thing as painless as possible. Absolutely love the people here thank you so much for looking out for me!
Do not do not I repeat once more do not go to a physician in Saint Tammany’s network Why? Because St. Tammany physician network answers their physicians phone calls, which means you cannot talk to your doctor or the doctors nurse without going through them. Why? Not really sure what’s happening to the medical profession but can’t seem to get appropriate care. I get my pap done in the office so I don’t have to sit in an OB office where people bring a slew of kids and family with them to where the patients don’t even get a seat. Anyway, STPN does my pap but when I asked for HRT the NP said I’d have to see a gyn. Then my lab work had extremely low values and after taking medication for over 3 months there was no improvement.
