Update: someone is trying to delete this review, but I will continue to post this review to warn my community. I had an extremely disappointing experience with “doctor” Kaitlyn Ladner during both an in-person appointment and a telehealth follow-up. Throughout my visits, I felt dismissed, uncomfortable, and unheard. IF YOU DON'T HAVE $1,000 TO PAY FOR A YEAST INFECTION READ THIS REVIEW: On January 22nd I went to STPN Madisonville with a yeast infection. The doctor ordered a $1300 test to make that determination. My part of the bill is $936.89 after insurance. I was not informed of the price of this test. If you've had a yeast infection and did not pay nearly this much that's because your doctor probably used a test called a wet mount microscopy to determine the cause of your infection. Saw DR Ladner, found her to be very respectful and punctual. She is also very thorough and knowledgeable about treating and caring for her patients. I will be seeing her as my primary physician.
