Don’t come here if you have a sinus infection… I told them that ever since I was a baby (i’m 22 years old) I can’t fight off colds on my own. It always turns bacterial and every time without fail I need antibiotics to get rid of it. They refused to call me in antibiotics. I know my body and I know I’ll be back in a different urgent care within the next few days asking for antibiotics because again, whether it’s covid or a common cold I need antibiotics. Went in this morning around 11 , told them I had a sinus infection , I get these all the time . I told them I was allergic to cats and that’s what triggered it . I got a steroid shot , however no antibiotics when I called Walgreens , they said they had got me something for itching . Never said I was itching and actually did tell the dr I needed a z pack . so I called the office in the evening to tell them the shot really didn’t do anything and I know my body needs an antibiotic …. I will never come here again. I came at 8:00 this morning and 2.5 hours, I am still waiting to see a doctor. I’d leave but they make sure to take the co payment at check in. My Chart gave me my Covid test results long before anyone else. In fact, I received them 35 minutes ago from My Chart and no one has came back ron me after telling me “10 minutes.” No one that is checking in warned how long the wait will be and the front desk knows because I certainly do!
