Had a new hip and everything went great due to a great surgeon. The nurses are great at their job but seem to be overrun sometimes. Different wards will wine about other nurses. Medication was always late constantly on the buzzer trying to get pain relief.
The care my father received here was not good. He has very limited mobility and had to use a nearby bin on wheels to try to get to the toilet because nurses did not come when he pressed the call button. He also was on an alarmed bed so that they were aware when he got up because he is a fall risk. This happened twice in one night. He’s one week past brain surgery. If they didn’t have the capacity to care for him they should not have accepted him as a patient.
I had a Colonscopy done on January 20th. I was Feeling anxious about being put to sleep. Staff & Nurses were fantastic. All of them put me at ease. Everything was explained well to me. Woke up in recovery & had a yummy sandwich & cuppa. Thank you to all staff you all do a fantastic job keep up the great work
An unbelievable experience. I was admitted early on Tuesday with only one leg really functioning and discharged late Wednesday with an incredible new knee, TWO legs again. Could not have been more impressed with the pleasant efficiency supporting brilliant surgery. Thank you ♀️
