My father has just been discharged after knee replacement surgery. We couldnt be more impressed the lead up to checking in was excellent. We were very impressed with all staff going above and beyond with the care, kindness and support. My father couldnt fault the level of professionalism of any the nurses and their ability to ensure his comfort, confidence and recovery was of the highest standard. Thanks you all

Incredible experience at st Stephen’s from start to finish. Belinda, Chris, Sarah, Taylah and Depeeka all went above and beyond with their care, kindness and support. And of course Dr palipitge for the surgery itself. Could not have been a better experience, a massive thank u to all the team

Had a new hip and everything went great due to a great surgeon. The nurses are great at their job but seem to be overrun sometimes. Different wards will wine about other nurses. Medication was always late constantly on the buzzer trying to get pain relief.

The care my father received here was not good. He has very limited mobility and had to use a nearby bin on wheels to try to get to the toilet because nurses did not come when he pressed the call button. He also was on an alarmed bed so that they were aware when he got up because he is a fall risk. This happened twice in one night. He’s one week past brain surgery. If they didn’t have the capacity to care for him they should not have accepted him as a patient.
