I had some issues with a remote deposit. Didn’t know there is a 2 week waiting period. But got in touch with them and got a call back. Teller sucked. But phone call was great. Nov 3 2024. We are all on hard times. Everyone is feeling the pain of inflation. I was short 28 bucks for my rent. Im at -28 bucks. So i get a beautiful call saying to pay this amount immediately. Incompetent employees and managers. They will loose information then lie and make up their own rules. Even if you have correct paperwork. You will be made to come in multiple times as they have no regards for your time or the fact that we're in stay at home order. Don't expect a call back or any accountability on their end.
