I had a facial done this past Saturday and I was extremely disappointed. The service cost over $200. I got in the room at 12:05 did start until 12:10 and service ended at 12:50 it's suppose to be a 55 minute service. I appreciated her trying to take out my black heads but the rest of the service felt rushed and incomplete on her end. She was rough on my face and it felt like she didn't want to be there. Wow wow wow! I’m still just ..in bliss and at a loss for words. There is literally not ONE thing wrong. Adrianna is an absolute delight and possesses such a beautiful light great job with having her be the first interaction I had at the start of my experience. Lisa was phenomenal, so hospitable and knowledgeable, she took care of me before I even showed up explaining to me how to get to the spa and what to expect when I arrive. At 1st I didn't think much of it due to pricing however.... the spa is solid! They offer the wet and dry saunas as well as heated lounge chairs you can use as much as your heart desires, when a service is purchased of course...I got a massage with Maria she was amazing got the muscle on my neck that had been bothering me Marbella was also amazing and on it and Adriana very sweet at check out... thank you ladies happy new year
