I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but after several attempts to resolve this issue, I feel it’s necessary to share my experience. I previously had a car wash membership here and genuinely enjoyed the service. In December, I canceled my membership because I was going to be out of town. Despite canceling, I have continued to be charged for the past three months. I have emailed three times, called and left multiple messages, and even stopped by in person to request cancellation. Do not enroll in their car wash. They will never remove your credit information from your system unless you completely cancel your credit card. I canceled multiple times, emailed, and called and they still charged me month after month.
This place is wonderful. It's small, clean and the workers here are helpful. I love how simple and clean it was and I love how no one smokes outside. This place is great for laundry. I definitely look forward to coming back here.
I use this laundromat. Very clean, attendants, friendly. I use to use carwash, however it is too costly, and my truck does not come out clean!!! The 5stars is for laundromat, the carwash I give 3stars!!! Too darn expensive for what I get, or shall I say "lack thereof!"
More machines broken than working. Could be a great place if macines were in working order. Ran 2 cycles in dryer. Never had heat. Staff response was. “ oh well, I guess somone took the not working sign off”. No apology or offer to refund my wasted money.
