Unit 107. That was the worst experience I've ever had at the Grand. Ladies and gentlemen, if you have dust and mold allergies, breathing issues or conditions, this unit is not for you. The unit is located on the shaded side of the building and always stays dark. It's cluttered with old stuff and worn-out furniture, fake plants, and smells like grandma place. Please look at my pictures and make your decision before you pay the price. P.S. please bring your hair dryer, it was not provided.
