Sghs has two shing stars, Jennifer Dowdy, NP, and her assistant Tasha! They are the absolute best! I am 76, lived on Brunswick all my life. I've am now Blessed to have the VERY BEST primary care team like these two great individuals. Thanks Sghs! Brenda L. Perkins
I am giving them two stars only because the office staff and the nurse were kind and professional which was better than 2 years ago. Requested to see a physician after suffering from appendiceal cancer and was told no, they were too busy. I saw a nurse practioner who was not pleasant, asked why I didn't get my stomach medication from my primary care doctor and said her mother got her medicine from her primary care doctor. The PA, “Rainey” in the ER, is EXTREMELY RUDE, non-professional, and does not care about her patients! She made me feel worse than I did before I ever walked through the door. I feel that she purposefully said things to scare me, and had no bedside manner at all. One of the nurses , “Jana” was also extremely rude and non-friendly, and she fed off of of the P.A. I want to commend Dr.Blumer and his staff for their unwavering professionalism and dedication to patients well being Ms.Ervetta goes above and beyond to help patients,the office manager is responsive and very professional i consider myself lucky to be a patient of Dr.Blumer. Thanks to all in this office.
Dr Snow was very good and pleasant but the rest of the experience was poor. Waited 2.5 hours to get called and then additional time waiting in the exam room. We tried to make an appointment but the receptionist refused to take it over the phone. When we arrived we were told it would be an hour.
