Staff are very rude when answering calls having a fires respectful tone not giving me help or support while being under there care careers that are not fit for the role not knowing how to deal with situations properly and poor manners.
Wouldn’t ever let my children or family friends join this service. They are failing a lot of kids and letting kids get abused over certain ITC homes and foster homes and sit back and nothing about the issue. And when the kids wanna talk up about something they get ignored or rudely talked to by rude staff members the intensive therapeutic care (ITC) is the worst place to put a kid as there’s history of people committing suicude in the homes and drugged them selves because they haven’t had any support from nobody
